Are all LabCloud services free?Permalink to this question
LabCloud provides the platform, support, customer service and all updates free of charge. LabCloud has vendors and partners whose services will be directly charged to you. For example, if you buy a lab consumable from one of our vendors, then the vendor will charge the lab consumable to your account with the vendor.
Other services such as LabCloud Concierge and specific consulting services may incur a cost and you will be informed of those ahead of time. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Can I add my own vendors?Permalink to this question

Do you offer discount pricing?Permalink to this question
No, we are not a consortium. However, we do work with consortiums and incubators that do and we help them expand their benefits to other customers. We do this to encourage customer vendor engagement. Most of our customers grow beyond the discount level of a consortium based on their level of funding and thus, we prefer they work with the vendor directly. If you need assistance with sourcing or account setup, you may work with one of our concierge specialists who will be able to assist.
Does LabCloud offer tracking on incoming shipments?Permalink to this question
Yes and No. Some vendors that are distributors may not have the ability to send confirmations or purchase order updates. We use the absolute maximum capabilities offered by the vendor.
